Covid 19 Safety Information

While participating in events held by Wreath Makers Live, LLC (WML) “social distancing” must be practiced and face coverings worn at all times to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, WML and Hilton Anatole will have in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, WML and Hilton Anatole cannot guarantee that participants, volunteers, partners, vendors, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.

With the purchase of your ticket(s) you agree to abide and follow all COVID-19 guidelines put forth by WML, Hilton Anatole, and the state of Texas as well as these terms of service (click link to read).

What are the dates?
Thursday, July 29 through Saturday, July 31, 2021.

Is the ticket transferable?
No, the ticket is not transferable.

Do you offer a refund?
The ticket is nonrefundable so make absolute certain you’ll be in NOLA with us in August at the Sheraton.

If I choose the partial payment option can I pay it off early?
No, our system does not allow.

When should I check in to the hotel?
We suggest you check into the hotel a few days early if you wish to check out the Dallas Market Center or explore Dallas while in town. We’ll kickoff the event with a meet and greet on Wednesday. Each day of the event starts early in the morning and ends at approximately 4:30 PM in the afternoon; but we’ll mingle in the hotel lobby with guests after hours. Most people will check in on Tuesday, July 27 and checkout on Sunday, July 31

Will this be streamed online or will it be recorded so we can watch it later if we can’t make it there in person?
No, there will be no recording or streaming available.

What will I get for my ticket?
2 days of learning to build your brand and your business; 2 days of making lasting connections and networking with other biz buddies; 2 days of getting design ideas and learning trends that will put your biz above your competition; 2 days of learning from top wreath designers in the field; a pretty sweet swag bag; exclusive after hours of meet and greets; lots of fun!

What if my payment doesn’t go through?
If you’ve checked your card number on file and it’s accurate and know you have the funds to purchase the amount, you will need to contact your bank to inquire.

Does the ticket include hotel?
No. We highly recommend staying at the hotel as lots of networking happens after hours. For more information on your hotel stay, visit our accommodations page.

Does the ticket include meals?
The ticket does include lunch, snacks and beverages for each day. It does not include breakfast or supper. You can include a buffet breakfast option when you make your reservation and there will be much better supper options located just outside of the hotel.
