Discounted rates are also available three days prior (July 28-31) and three days after the event (until Aug 6) as long as the hotel is available.

If sharing a room with a buddy, we ask that you find out who your roommates will be before calling the hotel.  Only one person needs to call to make the reservation and will give all the names of the roommates.  Make sure to ask for a double bed if needed.
