If you or your company is interested in being a vendor for Wreath Makers Live 2020, complete the form below by midnight CST January 31. WML will be held in Dallas on July 16-18, 2019. We’ll review your applications and select vendors as soon as possible.
Vendors will be expected to set up AFTER 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 15th and breakdown AFTER 2 PM on Saturday, July 18th.
In order to make sure all vendors are successful, we require an application to ensure quality and quantity of products sold as well as to make sure we only have 1 or 2 of the same vendors to eliminate vendor competition.
We expect to have close to 900 attendees during our 3-day event and want to make sure you don’t sell out in only a few hours.
The vendor booths will be set up in a room beside the main stage ballroom and will be locked and secured each night. Additionally, there are several loading bays connected directly to our exhibitor room, making load in easy. Vendors will not be able to participate or watch WML stage due to booth location.
Booth rentals include complimentary lunch for two people per day for 3 days as well as our inability to attend insurance premium. WML will provide No Refunds if you are unable to attend. Instead, we now provide a refund insurance policy.
Inability to Attend Insurance:
– Registration Insurance is now included in all registration fees. This coverage is underwritten Lloyds of London.
– You will receive a 100% refund, if you are unable to attend the event for a reason outside of your control that is covered under the policy.
– This coverage starts on the date you pay for registration and ends on the first date of the show.
