Payment Policy

If you choose to purchase your ticket(s) on a payment plan, that's great. However, it is your responsibility to keep your method of payment up to date. If payment lapses for more than 30 days, your ticket will be forfeited and funds will not be refundable. We don't want you to miss out!

If purchasing a 2025 ticket, we allow up to 48 hours after the event date and location is announced to apply for a full refund.

REFUND Policy

Wreath Makers Live TICKETS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE AND WITH a strict refund policy. We only refund IN-PERSON tickets for the following reasons SO PLEASE BE SURE YOU'RE READY TO ATTEND IN-PERSON BEFORE PURCHASE:

  • The death, injury, or illness happening to the attendee or exhibitor or a member of their immediate family who is under the age of 70 within one month of the event;
  • Adverse weather in your area including snow, frost, fog or storm where the police service or other local government agency have issued warning not to travel;
  • Mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft in route of a private vehicle taking the attendee to this event;
  • Jury duty which the attendee was unaware of at the time of registration;
  • The attendee being summoned to appear at court proceedings as a witness which they were unaware of at the time of registration;
  • Burglary or fire at the residence of the attendee in the forty-eight (48) hours immediately before this event that required attendance of the emergency services;
  • The attendee being a member of the armed forces and being posted overseas unexpectedly;

Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact and WML and Houston Marriott Sugar Land cannot guarantee that participants, volunteers, partners, vendors, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.

With the purchase of your ticket(s) you agree to abide and follow all COVID-19 guidelines put forth by WML, Houston Marriott Sugar Land, and the state of Texas.

With the purchase of this ticket, you acknowledge that you derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of your participation and/or voluntarism with WML, and you willingly engage in WML events and/or other activities (the "Activity").

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK.

    1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;
    2. You knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and
    3. You hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.

By attending, observing or participating in the Activity, You acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Activity, and You agree that: (a) Wreath Makers Live LLC (b) the property or site owner of the Activity, and (c) all past, present and future affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, volunteers, vendors, partners, directors, and officers, of such entities (subsections (a) through (c), collectively, the "Released Parties"), will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death), property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of your participation in, attendance at, and/or observation of the Activity, regardless if any such injuries or losses are caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties (collectively, the "Released Claims").
